APPLICATION GUIDELINES

The following are the required steps for Online Application Form:

1. From the Portal home page, click 'Create Account' link to create account and generate Payment Invoice
   
   
2. Visit any branch of GT Bank Nationwide to pay the Application Form Fee using the generated Payment Invoice.
   
   
3. Ensure to make ready all your Credentials and Scanned Passport Photograph with size not more than 100kb.
   
   
4. Enter the Invoice No. on your Payment Invoice in the provided field and click "Get Form".
   
   
5. Complete the Application Form, save the entry and print out the Confirmation Page.
   
   
6. If you want to Update or Re-print your Form, repeat Step 4 and Step 5.
